Brokerage Services and No Agency Relationship

Hande Realty Group is a licensed Illinois real estate brokerage. Your use of the Website, including submitting an inquiry or creating an account, does not create an agency or brokerage relationship with Hande or any of its licensees. Such a relationship is formed only through a written agreement that describes the services to be provided.

Strategy Sessions and Cancellations

Hande Realty Group offers paid strategy sessions with Angela Rae Hughes, booked and paid for in advance through the Website. The price is shown before checkout, and payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Strategy sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. Need a different time? Reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your scheduled time and we will reschedule your session at no charge. If Hande Realty Group must cancel your session, your payment is held as a credit toward a rescheduled session of your choosing.

A strategy session is an educational conversation about real estate strategy. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not create an agency relationship. The section above on Brokerage Services and No Agency Relationship applies to every session.
